posted 04/30/2012 The world’s largest lacrosse event is coming to Gillette Stadium, May 26-28. A record 48,970 fans watched the 2008 Division I championship game in Foxborough.
NCAA Game Times
Saturday, May 26 – Division I semifinals: 2:30 and 5 p.m.
Sunday, May 27 – Division II championship: 1 p.m. and Division III championship: 4 p.m.
Monday, May 28 – Division I championship: 1 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased either via ticketmaster.com or by submitting an order form direct to Gillette Stadium.
Gillette Stadium Hospitality Village
The Gillette Stadium Hospitality Village is back. In 2009, the Village became a great pre-game and post-game gathering location for fans from the participating colleges, college alumni groups and youth lacrosse organizations. Alumni from Bates, Brown, Harvard, Hobart, Johns Hopkins, MIT, Tufts, Union and Wheaton will be in the Village along with youth programs from Foxborough, Newton, Wakefield, Walpole and MBYLL. Youth Events
U9 and U11 jamborees will take place on the Gillette Stadium field and in the Dana Farber Field House Sunday and Monday, May 27 and 28. What a great experience for the kids to play on the same field as the championships! Full details are available at www.gillettestadiumlacrosse.com.
Youth Clinic
A FREE youth clinic will take place Friday, May 26 on the Gillette Stadium field at 7 p.m. The clinic will be preceded by an autograph session with the Division II and III participating teams. More information will follow shortly regarding this event.
